On the first day of Maria's high school, when she was walking down the hall she felt really nervous because she thought everyone was looking at her. She thought that they were talking about her. Maria felt like she didn’t fit in at all. Maria tried so hard to talk to others but she kept on getting nervous and sometimes she would usually end up running away from them. But with the company of her friends from the eighth grade she didn’t feel so lonely because she had someone to hang out with and to talk to.
As she was talking to her friend Kristine Elizabeth Lawson. Kristine and Maria were so close that they gave each other nicknames. Kristine was known as Kristy and Maria was known as Byul...Byul was the meaning of star. To Kristine she was very pretty and that she was special so she gave her the name Byul. The kids at their High school thought that Byul aka Maria was just a quiet nerd.
Kristy was always stooding up to for her...Kristine became soo very popular. Even though she had a tragic tale of her own. When Kristine was small her parent's had passed away from a car accident..while back of the car, in the accident she had survived and she had always blamed herself for killing her parents. Because on that day she was going to Eric's house for a play date. But Kristine didn't want to go so she was yelling in the car while they were in the freeway and then the accident had happened.
But through Reality it wasn't Kristine's fault but she had blamed herself for years and years. Though regrets had built inside her she always knew that her parents always loved her dearly and soon on she blocked everything else out. Maria heard what had happened to Kristines parents and was very upset about the whole situation. But by the next few days she was known as an orphan. Once Maria's parents had heard about this, they had adopted Kristine as one of their own childs. Kristine and Maria was very grateful of their doings. In Maria's heart she thanked them soo much. Soon they were known as sisters of the Lawson's Family. Everyday Kristione and Maria did things together.
Their mother seeing Maria like this was very happy, even though she had treated Maria bad in the past few years. Seeing her soo happy playing with Kristine was the happiest thing she saw. Deep down in their mother's sould she loved the both of them sooo much and she couldn't express it. She knew Maria didn't really like her because she always spent her time in the office sooo much that she barely gets to see her mother but even worse Bond with her.
BUT now today they are sisters. Sister by sister walking down the hall holding hands. Talking as if they were like other teenage girls. =D

School Time =]
When Maria was around four years old she started pre-school. When her whole class was doing an activity where you get in a circle, hold hand and sing songs along with the teacher. Maria was the only one who didn’t participate and the teacher just thought that she was shy. So her teacher tried to encourage her to participate. But with many attempts from her parents she still didn't interact the group. After a while Maria finally participated but she didn’t sing with them. She would just play with Kristine or something she didn't play at all. Maria and Kristine were always friends....they get through everything together.
Maria almost never talked and if she did she would say short phase and that was it. But she is good at listening and obeying her parents and elder. Sometimes when Maria was eight years old, Kristine was going to L.A with her parents so she couldn't come to Maria's birthday. So Maria spent half of the day in her room petting her pet Turtle which she called Binky. Soon in awhile downstairs the family was having dinner and Maria didn’t feel like enjoying the food or eatting it at all. So all she did was sat there quietly stirring her food back and fourth. Maria never argue back or talk back to her parents and elders. One time when Maria got scolded by her mom for doing something wrong and she knew she didn’t do it she still never talk back but instead she just stood there crying while her mom was yelling at her.
When Maria was twelve her mother said that she was a mistake and her parents born out the wrong child. Maria felt really sad because she thinks she can't do anything right and her siblings were much better than her since my parents always kept on saying that her or his brothers and sister accomplished more thing than her. She thought that her mom liked her siblings better than her.
In despair times, she was laways thinking back at the times her mom yelled at her and all the things she had spoke up. Deep inside Maria loved her mother dearly but she just thought that everything she ever does was a mistake and everything was always wrong. Every night she would just cry and cry about the things inside her heart she felt great terrible pain that she had never shown anyone but Kristine. To Maria, Kristine was like a sister to her, even her parents knew of their bond. Even though Maria's Mother Anne sometimes felt jealous but she didn't mind. Because at least she she had someone to talk and share her feelings too.
When Maria was thirteen years old, It was the first day of eighth grade. She felt really nervous when she walked into the halls. She thought that it was because everyone was staring at her. She felt as if people were judging her on her appearances, what she wore, how she acted. During class when they were introducing themselves, a group of girls came up to her and introduce themselves. Maria started to hang out with them but in a way she was talking and laughing more when she started to hang out with those girls. Even Kristine was soo happy to see Maria like this. Maria and Kristine were very happy to have new and more friends.
As Maria hang out with them she saw herself different from them. All that she could see was that they looked prettier than her in everyway and she wanted to be like them. Maria started to change the way she look and how she acted. But Maria’s socializing skill wasn’t that good she could start a conversation but it would usually ended after a couple of minutes. In a way her socializing skill has improve because she could ask her teachers for help and get what she needed. Still she has no courage to talk to a group of people who she doesn’t know or talk to other strangers.

Maria's Childhood.
Maria was born and raised in Oakland California. She was born in a family of four children including her. She was the youngest out of her two older brother and one older sister. Her aunt and uncle also live in the same house as her. She has a problem socializing and making friends. She is a very shy, kind, and certainly not a talkative person. As a child her parents were caught up in working. When she was young she had almost everything that she would need. But the only problem was she has no bond with her mother.
After Maria’s mother gave birth two month later she had to go back to work Maria didn’t have much of a bond with her parents since they work all day long, probably eight hour each day. On weekend when they would have time to spend with the family, they usually go to other people's house or have a small party with other relatives. Unlike Maria’s siblings Maria didn't spend much time with her mom.
Maria’s aunt didn’t work so she was the one who took care of Maria while her parents work. Even though her aunt would be a replacement of her mother, her aunt wouldn’t have much time to spent with her when she was a baby, her aunt was like one of those house wife who clean and cook all day long. Her aunt would spend time with her playing with her for about two hour each day. Within those two hour her aunt would talk to her and rock her back and forth telling her stories and times of the old days. When Maria was two, her aunt and uncle had move out of the house.
Ever since, Maria had to go to her babysitter’s house. At her babysitter house there were at least two to three other kid around her age. While other were playing, she would just go to the coach or the corner of the room or any place and play with her toys by herself.
Well in these case Maria has no bond with her mom and that no bond with her mother, it caused her not to bond with others as well too. That is why Maria has trouble making friends. Since her mother doesn’t talk that much to her and her aunt only talked a little to her. She doesn’t have that encouragement that she need when she was little to talk others, even her parents and sibling were as strangers to her like everyone else.
